F.lli Redavid Srl is a family-run business born from a passion for the land and its fruits.
Founded by brothers Pasquale and Giuseppe Redavid, it has its roots in an agricultural tradition passed down from generation to generation, built over time thanks to the work and experience of the family.
Today, the company continues to grow thanks to the commitment and vision of the new generation: the founders’ daughters brought energy, new ideas, and an innovative perspective that allowed them to further develop their production and business organization.
Tradition and innovation thus coexist every day in the company’s fields and activities, with a single goal: to offer high-quality fruit and vegetable products, grown with care and respect for the land.
Founded with Purpose
Founded with a mission to provide high-quality medical care, our medical center opened its doors with just 10 specialists and a 5,000 sq. ft. facility. From day one, we focused on patient-centered care and innovative treatments.
First Regional Expansion
With growing demand, we expanded to a 20,000 sq. ft. modern facility, adding advanced diagnostic technology and increasing our staff to 50 medical professionals. This decade marked the introduction of specialized departments.
Agri-Tech Integration Begins
We became an internationally accredited medical institution, offering world-class services in oncology, neurology, and minimally invasive surgery. With a team of over 200 doctors and specialists, we achieved a 98% patient satisfaction rate.
Serving Over 1,000+ Farmers
Today, our medical center is a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. hospital with 15 specialized departments, serving over 500k patients. We continue to innovate and provide the most advanced medical treatments.

The focus on quality comes alongside an increasingly agricultural innovation-oriented approach.
In the field we use technologies that allow us to monitor and manage crops precisely and efficiently. Irrigation management, for example, is supported by the Bluleaf software, which allows for precise control of the water needs of different cultivated varieties, optimizing resource use and improving production results.
Infestation management also occurs through targeted and sustainable solutions: some problems, such as the presence of tignoletta, are controlled through the use of puffers, tools that allow for effective and environmentally friendly intervention.

The name recalls the world of nature and the growth path of a plant. The gem is where it all begins: it develops, grows, and, season after season, brings with it the promise of a new fruit. It is a symbol of growth, renewal and continuity.
This new line thus arises from the encounter between the roots of the family and the gaze of the new generations. It preserves what made F.lli Redavid an agricultural reality built over time, but interprets it through a new, more contemporary and all-female sensibility.

È la nuova linea con cui la famiglia F.lli Redavid racconta la propria uva da tavola attraverso lo sguardo della nuova generazione: quattro figlie, quattro donne, cresciute all’interno della stessa storia e pronte oggi a scriverne un nuovo capitolo.
Il nome richiama il mondo della natura e il percorso di crescita di una pianta. La gemma è il punto da cui tutto comincia: si sviluppa, cresce e, stagione dopo stagione, porta con sé la promessa di un nuovo frutto. È un simbolo di crescita, rinnovamento e continuità.
